George brings 25+ years of progressive legal leadership to Communitas. As Vice President & Counsel at Burlington Capital, he advises executive teams on multimillion-dollar real estate and investment transactions. Previously, as General Counsel to the Housing Authority of Omaha, he managed all legal operations for Nebraska’s largest affordable housing provider.
George’s civic leadership spans decades: Past President of the Omaha Public Library Board and Friends of the Eppley Cancer Center, board member of the Omaha Chamber of Commerce, and 18+ years as youth sports coach. His law degree is from Creighton University School of Law, and he earned his B.A. in Economics & Political Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
